How To Claim

1. This promotion is available to AUD members only.
2. Prizes won from the lucky draw need to be unlocked through WhatsApp customer service.
3. Our operating hours are Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Prize claims are only processed during this period. Requests made outside of operating hours will be attended to on the next available working day.
4. All bonus prizes require one (1) turnover before withdrawal.

Terms & Conditions

1. There are eight (8) grand prizes available throughout the campaign period. One (1) segment is "Better Luck Next Time" and does not constitute a prize.
2. Members can earn spins through missions and activities:
   • Daily First Deposit = 1 Spin
   • Share Promotion = 2 Spins
   • Join Telegram = 1 Spin
   • Deposit AUD100 = 1 Spin
   • Deposit AUD200 = 2 Spins
   • Deposit AUD300 = 3 Spins

3. Spins earned will expire after three (3) months from the date they are accumulated.
4. Physical prizes, if applicable, are expected to be delivered within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days.

6. Members without any deposit history, or members with suspicious/risk-related account records, will not be eligible to participate in this promotion.
