- Prizes won from the lucky draw need to be unlocked through WhatsApp customer service.
- Our operating hours are Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Prize claims are only processed during this period. Requests made outside of operating hours will be attended to on the next available working day.
- All bonus prizes require one (1) turnover before withdrawal.

Terms & Conditions
- There are eight (8) grand prizes available throughout the campaign period. One (1) segment is "Better Luck Next Time" and does not constitute a prize.
- Members can earn spins through missions and activities assigned by the WON66 VIP Manager via WhatsApp.
- Spins earned will expire after three (3) months from the date they are accumulated.
- Physical prizes, if applicable, are expected to be delivered within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days.
- All prizes are subject to availability. Images shown are for illustration purposes only.
- WON66 reserves the absolute right to replace any prize with another item of similar value at its sole discretion. Winners will be notified at least twenty-one (21) days in advance through any communication method deemed appropriate by WON66.
